Drawings of the Piet Hein Sloep converted to a steam launch

Here I've started to cover much of the fiberglass top shell with teak decking slats. The precut parts pf the coaming and gunnel from Menken Maritim helped to speed it along. I made all the other parts.
The finished teak deck, not yet sealed. Gunnel not yet mounted.
The front seats from underneath where the wooden fuel shall be stored later.
Just to remind one of the beginning:

a picture of the bare hull as delivered.

The after seats are storage compartments with vertical lifting covers

The plywood seen here will be concealed by teak "decking".

The rubbing strake mounted beneath the gunnel to hold the rope rub rail.
The forward seats are covered with mahogany board.

Their back rests will be made from teak slats.

Ready for caulking with "Sikkaflex".
The interior is finished. Only some details like hinges and handles remain
to be done.
